How can use Jogshog
Jogshog is complete user friendly apps.
Start Jogshog and run with Jogshog Apps. You can stop apps for a interval.
If you are doing a 1 mile warm up, quarter mile intervals and then a 1 mile cooldown you can set the lap distance to 0.25 miles and disable the Jogshog (since it’s going to give you the overall Jogshog feedback which isn’t what you want doing speed work!).
Since you warm up is 1 mile my first speed interval comes when you hear “lap 4 completed” and you start the fast segment of your run. you look at the watch every 20 seconds, raising it a few seconds before you glance down to let it update with the latest info from the phone. You can see if you ahead or behind my goal Jogshog and make adjustments.
